CurbCrave is a premium curbside food ordering platform that allows customers to order food from participating restaurants and have it delivered directly to their vehicle. The platform is operated by CURBCRAVE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17123788), with its registered office at 42 Meridien House, Upper Berkeley Street, London, England, W1H 5QL.
CurbCrave acts as a technology intermediary between customers and restaurant partners. We are not a food business ourselves and do not prepare or handle food.
By creating an account, placing an order, or using the CurbCrave app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use CurbCrave.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a CurbCrave account and place orders. By using CurbCrave you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You must have a valid payment method to place orders.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised use, please contact us immediately at cc@curbcrave.net.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may update your details in the app settings at any time.
To place an order you must be physically within approximately 160 metres of the restaurant. This is a core feature of the curbside ordering model — you must be present to collect your food.
You must provide a valid vehicle registration and colour so restaurant staff can identify your vehicle.
When you place an order you enter into a contract directly with the restaurant for the supply of food. CurbCrave facilitates this transaction but is not a party to the food supply contract.
Orders are processed only when payment is successfully authorised. You will receive confirmation via the app when your order is accepted.
All prices displayed are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Menu prices are set by the restaurant partner and may change at any time.
A CurbCrave service fee of £1.49 is added to each order at checkout. This fee covers the cost of operating the platform, including payment processing and technology infrastructure.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order you authorise CurbCrave to charge the total amount (food subtotal + service fee) to your selected payment method.
We accept major credit and debit cards. Apple Pay availability depends on your device and region.

The CurbCrave service fee (£1.49) is non-refundable in cases where the order was successfully fulfilled.

Restaurant partners are independent businesses. CurbCrave does not control the preparation, quality, or safety of food prepared by restaurant partners.
If you have a complaint about food quality, allergen information, or a restaurant's conduct, please contact the restaurant directly or notify us at cc@curbcrave.net and we will investigate.
Restaurant partners are responsible for ensuring their menus accurately reflect allergen information. If you have a food allergy, please contact the restaurant directly before ordering.

All intellectual property in the CurbCrave platform — including the app, website, logo, brand name, and technology — is owned by or licensed to CURBCRAVE LTD.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any CurbCrave content without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CURBCRAVE LTD shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CURBCRAVE LTD, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform in breach of these terms or applicable law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at cc@curbcrave.net.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice where practicable.
Outstanding orders at the time of termination will be fulfilled or refunded as appropriate.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of CurbCrave after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
